As of 2017, participants from most western countries HAVE NOT to apply for Belarusian visas to enter Belarus. The visa-free entrance is allowed for 30 consecutive calendar days, only in the case when you arrive via Minsk International Airport. read more
To obtain Belarusian visa in time the official invitation should be presented to the Belarusian Consulate (the addresses and phone/fax numbers are enclosed) at least a week before your departure. The visa fee is ~EU 40. The Conference and Symposium Secretariat will send an invitation letter to you using the address you have given in the application form .ATTENTION! If you cannot receive Belarusian visa in your country, the Secretariat will arrange for a visa to be issued at the airport MINSK-2 upon arrival. In this case the visa fee will be ~EU 80.
Transportation
Recommended arrival is by airplane to Minsk or by train to Minsk. The organizing committee will provide transportation to the hotel where participants will live (on demand).
Participants who wish to be met at Minsk Airport are kindly asked to inform the Organizing Committee by e-mail or fax about the exact flight number, date and time of arrival at least a week before.
