A novel type of wavemeter based on microresonator clusters enabled by machine learning.

We propose a novel compact and scalable on-chip wavemeter based on thousands of optical microresonators, which combines a whispering-gallery-mode model with a machine learning model to achieve precise wavelength identification across a 10 nm spectral range with an accuracy of 100 fm.
