We present an optical microresonator imaging sensor for immunosensing in complex biochemical environments. By combining multiplexed readout from multiple microresonators with hybrid deep learning, the system becomes less sensitive to device-to-device variations, enabling whispering-gallery-mode biosensors to operate under near–real-world conditions.
