“Electromagnetic Form Factors of Kaons”.

Within the Quark Confined Model (QCM), analytical expressions for the electromagnetic form factors of charged and neutral K-mesons were obtained. The contribution of the direct diagram, as well as the contribution of intermediate vector states to the form factors under study, was investigated. It have been shown that the contribution of vector mesons is of decisive importance for describing the neutral meson. The dependence of the electromagnetic form factor of the neutral kaon on the vector meson mixing angle was obtained. The electromagnetic radius of the charged kaon was calculated: $〈r_(K^+ ) 〉=0.501 fm.$ The obtained value is in good agreement with experimental data. Numerical values of the squared electromagnetic radius of the neutral kaon have been obtained for various values of the vector meson mixing angle.
