Generalized equation for a spin 3/2 and three characteristics in externalelectromagnetic and gravitational fields

Within the general approach by Gel'fans-Yaglom, starting with a 28-component representation of the Lorentz group, we have derived a generalized 16-component equation for a spin 3/2 particle with three additional to the electric charge characteristics. This equation extends the known Rarita-Schwinger equation for a spin 3/2 particle.
